The Heart Of The Beast is a romance novel aimed at an adult audience. It's based loosely on Beauty And The Beast. My Beauty is a virgin, brave and willing to do anything to preserve her family. My Beast is handsome on the outside. On the inside he is a warrior, fierce and cold-hearted. He's been trained to believe that to show any mercy is to show weakness. He plans to hang Beauty's brother and she barters herself to save his life. She barters not only her body, but her loyalty and affection, even her love. How can she live with and love a man so cold? He only seems to notice her when he wants to bed her or to spank her. But sometimes, rarely, he listens to what she says. Both of them go through changes as they come to feel not only passion but real love. The Beast learns that loving Beauty does not make him soft or weak, and Beauty learns that loving the Beast takes patience and courage.
