* Expert in development of test Fixtures to support Reliability Test Assessments and Reliability Test Process
* Support Customer inquiries for product reliability performance. Risk and test methodologies
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence without managing and for reporting to executive level
* Some travel to customer sites

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
* 2 years experience in Risk Management, FMEAs, Statistical Analysis
* 2 years experience performing in-depth systematic root cause analysis, containment and corrective/preventive action to drive manufacturing, design or supplier
* 2 years experience in managing requirements and requirement changes (using DOORS, ReqPro or similar tools)
* 2 years experience in Reliability Testing using Halt, Hass, Temp. & Power Cycle, Life Test Shock and Vibration, Surge Test, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a FDA regulated industry
