. Experience working with off-shore and remote teams

. Some background in software development and/or programming, and familiarity with modern programming languages and processes
. In-depth knowledge of security control frameworks, industry standards, and regulatory requirements appropriate to our business, including but not limited to:
o ISO 27001
o Sarbanes-Oxley
o NIST
o PCI
o GLBA
o FFIEC
o COBIT
o ITIL
. Understanding of disaster recovery concepts and business continuity planning
. Self-motivated and directed, proactive, possess a bias for action
