JOB SCOPE/ SUMMARY:
Manage and advance Masco Architectural Coatings Professional (B2B) Customer Relationship events and activities to
build and strengthen the connections with target user segments. Successful development in this area will
yield immediate increases in revenue and establish long-term revenue streams.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1) Collect and rationalize lead generation best-practices and incorporate them into B2B outreach
campaigns.
2) Prioritize outreach opportunities according to impact, revenue opportunity, resource availability
and other factors.
3) Participate in the development and introduction of training curriculums aimed at improving internal
and external performance and activations.
4) Develop and oversee creative plans for new program initiatives related to B2B customer
engagement.
5) Engage with retail partners to leverage their investment and engage with common customer
segments.
6) Oversee art, design, production and event coordination for B2B events and field promotions.
7) Pursue new-to-industry opportunities to engage new Professional customers and extend products
and services accordingly.
8) Provide key performance reports for executive management.
9) Explore and implement industry-specific 3rd party partnership opportunities.
10) Deliver strategic presentations for sales conferences, marketing conferences, executive and
customer meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/TRAINING:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
5+ years in marketing or an event management related discipline.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES RECOMMENDED FOR POSITION:
Must be able to lead work teams and field groups through training and relationship building exercises and
create / work within budgets.
Exceptional planning, coordination, management, and communication skills are necessary.
Experience with B2B marketing/sales practices.
Experience with professional and contractor trade customers.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Extensive travel is required
