Can handle peak volume of up to 30-50 fundings per month
Manage own pipeline
2010 GFE regulation knowledge

Qualifications:

At least 6 months of mortgage experience preferred
Customer Service Skills a must, if no mortgage experience
Must be hard worker and willing to work late if necessary
Must have ability to monitor and meet deadlines - proficient in tracking due dates.
Professional, creative and have a motivated attitude
Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organizational abilities
