Full-time CSR Rep with P&C license, Salary $30-40K DOE

**Must be bilingual Spanish and able to pass a criminal and credit check

Job Description
Excellent telephone presentation and ability to diffuse difficult situations.
Great verbal and written communication skills.
Computer skills, knowledge of Word, outlook, business machines: fax, copier, etc.
Service insured's via telephone regarding their policies.
Respond to billing questions via telephone and/or email. Assist elsewhere within department as required. Answer and handle more than 75 phone calls per day.

Job Qualifications
Previous customer service experience.
Active Fire & Casualty License
One year minimum Homeowners Insurance experience.
Bilingual is required.
