May assist Project Managers in the administration/coordination of a project or have responsibility over a smaller scale project or project area.
. Track project information, follow up on issue status, resolve routine issues, report status to management
. Gather information, prepare and maintain on-going reports for management
. Prepare project plans
. Must be familiar with system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, in order to effectively coordinate the activities of the team.
. Prepare and send communications to a wide range of team members.
. Write draft level functional specs or gather information/requirements for specs.
. May facilitate status meetings
Qualifications AA required, BS/BA preferred or equivalent experience.
4+ years of experience in an advanced administrative function.
. MS Software skills
. Organizational and coordinating skills
. General analytical skills.
. verbal communication skills sufficient to gather information and relay project information to a wide audience.
. Written communication skills sufficient to create drafts of specifications, project plans and other project documentation.
