This Position Features:
Must have 2-5 years experience in the U.S. and foreign trademark docketing. Strong knowledge of trademark docketing system (CPI), Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills. Must be able to interact with trademark paralegals and attorneys. Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must maintain IP docketing in the CPI database, which includes state and federal trademarks, copyrights, domain names and trademark oppositions; maintain time line of applications entered into CPI; review mail, docket as appropriate and forward appropriately; monitor docket to be sure items are completed in a timely manner; generate reports; communicate frequently with paralegals and attorneys; correspond with foreign associates and vendors; prepare invoices for payment; assist with file transfers and other duties as needed.
